The ultimate journey is one that takes you to the heart of God.

If you aren't a Christian, you may wonder what all this God stuff is about. It's very simple. All humans are sinful. It's just part of our nature. If you've ever done even one bad thing or thought even one bad thought, you've sinned.

The problem with sin is that it separates us from God. You see, God is holy. He is pure. He is without sin. So to try to connect the sinless with the sinful just doesn't work. But the beautiful news is that you don't have to remain sinful. That doesn't mean that you'll never sin because you will. What it means is that there will be no eternal repercussion for your sin.

God loves you so much
He sent His only Son
(Jesus, the Christ)
so that if you
believe in Him,
you will never die
but will live forever!
John 3:16

This is because of God's Son, Jesus, the Christ. On the cross at Calvary, Jesus took upon Himself all the sins of the world. He became a bridge between sinful man and Holy God. He did that for you.

You see, one day there will be great day of Judgment when everyone will stand before God. Those who have entered into a personal relationship with Jesus, who have turned away from a sinful life and made a true effort to allow Him to control their life, those people will appear before God as perfectly sinless -- because of what Jesus did on the cross. That's what it means to be "saved." You are "saved" from the penalty of sin (death and eternal separation from God) so that you can enjoy everlasting life with God!

It's not complicated but is beautifully simple. Invite Jesus into your life and allow Him to be Lord of your life.

No person in history who has invited Jesus into their life has ever been turned away. Whether you are a skeptic or a seeker, you have nothing to lose -- except eternity with God! Go ahead and talk to Jesus. It's a decision you'll never regret!
