Journey To Renewal

Be transformed by the
renewing of your mind

Begin the journey to renew your attitudes, actions and appearance!
Donna Rogers
Renewal Mentor and Journey To Renewal Founder

Hello Sisters,

As an online mentor to Christian women, I've discovered one common theme:
Women seek renewal. They crave renewal. They want to become better in all aspects of their life. They want to get out of the same-old rut and get onto the road to Renewal. They truly want to become the woman God wants them to be.

The problem is that most of us look at renewal as a huge, intimidating project -- something to be started when we have lots of time, lots of enthusiasm, lots of whatever. Nothing could be further from the truth. Renewal is not time-intensive or complicated. Renewal is simply trying to be a little better today than we were yesterday -- a little more aligned to the mind of Christ!

Renewal is absolutely not a quest for perfection. Aiming for perfection is a one-way trip to failure because we are humans, and humans aren't and can't be perfect. Period. Renewal, on the other hand, is quite achievable. The guiding scripture for Journey to Renewal is Romans 12:2 -- be transformed by the RENEWING of your mind.   Look at the word renewing.  It is an active word -- a present tense word.  I have learned that renewal is a daily seeking of the excellence of Christ, gradually transforming my mind as I journey to become the woman God wants me to be.

Are you the woman God wants you to be? Do you want to experience His renewal?

I would like you to read a few testimonials from women who have already begun the renewal journey...........

Hi there, Donna R.,
Thank you soooo much for the encouragement and for all the prayers that we receive from you. It has been so challenging, motivating, inspiring, and I'm definitely going in the direction of me changing my life for the better even though I've been a Christian for years. I have been so encouraged to know that there are ladies out there that think there has to be more to life than just going through the normal motions of the day, week, month & year. The Holy Spirit is obviously begining to get me out of my normal-Christian rut. God is definitely good, and His thoughts towards us are great. This has been refreshing, and things have started changing. This is great as I know with the prayers of all behind me -- and discipline in the Word for body, mind, and soul -- I will continue. Love - all the way from South Africa,  Lorraine L.

Your message was just right for me. I just attended the Glorieta Christian Writer's conference and know exactly what you mean.  This was incentive for me to keep going, and to keep persevering with both my writing and my "journey."  What a blessing your messages have been to me. May God bless and lead you continually.   I love how God keeps the circle of blessings going round and round.  Toni P., Albuquerque, New Mexico

Knowing you are praying for me daily is such a blessing.  As a result, the little, wounded person inside of me that misuses food to fill up the holes in her heart feels safe, cared about and motivated.  Best of all, I am reminded how much Jesus loves me to give you to me in this way.  I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate you and I thank God for your ministry.   Laurie G., Phoenix, Arizona

The one thing I appreciate so much about this online support is how candid you are. With the help of God I experienced a 32-lb weight loss since the end of last year. Then, I fell into a slump!  I relaxed my standards, so naturally, I stopped losing weight.  I was so embarrassed that I nearly gave up on myself. I started with some of those old, self-defeating behaviors again. I praise God - I am now back on track.  Thanks so much for your honesty and your encouragement. God bless you. Sheryl A., Philadelphia, PA

I agree with the clutter syndrome. I have been a hoarder for years, I hate it. I need a total cleansing of my home, and I need to get rid of some of my past failures or memories that clutter up my spirit.  It is amazing how when you do get rid of clutter, it frees you up. Anonymous

I've never emailed you before but thought it was about time I thank you for all the helpful information you've provided and your devotionals. I always enjoy receiving them and pray you never get tired of sharing your thoughts with us! I'm excited to see what your Journey To Renewal will offer. Praise God for your obedience in following His leading on this newest adventure He's taking you through.  Journey To Renewal has been added to my prayer list, and I will faithfully be praying that God will use you to minister to lots of us gals! Tina R., Belmont, WV

I pray you'll join me and thousands of other women
on the life-changing Journey to Renewal,
a journey to renew your attitudes, actions and appearance!
You'll never embark on a more exciting, challenging or rewarding adventure!
